The transplanted native Brooklynites who founded this Dallas-area pizza chain wanted to communicate their authentic Old World/East Coast roots without delving into conventional New Yorkisms or Italian stereotypes. So we did. On everything from print to menu boards to the boxes, water bottles and sandwich bags.
