The challenge: Generate interest for a resort community located on the generally less-than-appealing Galvaston Island. The solution: Keep the location a secret with a teaser campaign that compared the property to those in popular locals (Martha's Vineyard, Destin, etc.), with the promise of it being much closer to home (for Texans). This magazine insert was perforated so people could send postcards from their new vacation homes. Or the duty-free shop. Note: This campaign won an Effie.
